Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems Coordinator
Porto, Portugal
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and leading one support position, this function holds global responsibilities that apply to all company locations worldwide. Having a close connection with the CHRO and liaison with all HR Managers of the different locations, the function has also regular direct contact with company management of all levels, shareholder structures and external specialized partners. Requiring a structured and hands-on mindset this is an exciting and challenging position with an interesting range of HR-related activities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Compensations & Benefits: policies & framework; organizational design, job mapping & job evaluation; management of annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus scheme, budget); compensation packages proposals; HR analytics (reporting); management of global benefits and compliance monitoring;
- HR Systems: implementation and maintenance of global data-base of people, performance appraisal processes, objectives & goals processes, follow-ups, reports and & analytics;
- Single remote location employees: setup of hiring, personal administration & payroll;
- Mobility & Expats: framework and processes coordination;
- Global Policies & HR Frameworks according to Group frameworks (design and implementation).
We are looking for:
- Consolidated experience (3-5 years) in Compensation & Benefits and/or other relevant area to the announced role;
- International mindset – previously position exposed to international structures where global thinking is required;
- Excellent organisation, numeric and analytical skills. Able to deliver, highly reliable and credible professional.
- Good interpersonal skills – able to understand others (people awareness) and to effectively communicate from Top Management to high skilled Employees;
- Positive attitude and excellent Team Player. Focused in finding solutions and flexible towards new dilemmas;
- English fluency (daily work idiom) and advanced proficiency in Excel is a mandatory.
