HR Trainee

Reporting to the HR Manager Portugal, the HR Trainee has the mission of supporting HR processes, focusing on learning how to perform day-to-day tasks in a challenging environment with Factory, R&D, and Global positions management.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of onboarding processes for newcomers;
  • Collaborate in HR initiatives and projects, namely in HR policies and procedures updates;
  • Participate in Recruitment and Selection processes;
  • Be an active part in the implementation of the internal communication programme for the country;
  • Support the development and implementation of social responsibility events and initiatives
  • Work on the job description requalification project, with an important impact on the review and validation process;
  • Support in the HR KPI dashboard update;
  • Support the HR department’s ongoing administrative processes.

We are looking for:

  • Degree in Social Sciences (Human Resources, Psychology; Business Management, Economy, Sociology) or other relevant areas.
  • Good communication skills, with a strong team player profile;
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn;
  • Analytical mindset focused on objectives and results;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good knowledge of excel and other MSOffice tools is a plus;
  • Eligible for IEFP Internship.
