Reporting to Compensations & HR Systems Specialist, thisglobal function has the mission of assisting in all HR systems processes, focusing on data analysis and reporting of HR KPI.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management of HR systems (SuccessFactors SAP) and maintain/provide user support for the Human Resources teams, managing corrective and improvement requests;
  • Compile and analyse HR KPI and create reports;
  • Maximize the use of HR systems to automate standard processes;
  • Support HR initiatives, namely HR policies, and ongoing projects;
  • Support the compensation policies and processes.

We are looking for:

  • Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Management, Economy, Psychology);
  • Good mix of analytic and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Advance MS Excel;
  • Willing to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
