Customer Service Specialist

Colep Consumer Products is a multinational leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world. Colep Consumer Products develops Aerosol and Liquids, from concept to fully tested products.
Integrated into the Supply Chain Department, the position includes responsibilities in managing the daily business with our customers, from demand reception to the delivery of finished products, ensuring compliance with service level targets.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
• Daily management of customers’ accounts (daily communication with customers in order to give continuous feedback about their orders);
• Management of customer’s orders (upload, confirmation, follow-up, rush-order analysis, etc.);
• Management of Finished Goods expedition;
• Invoicing control;
• Extra costs management;
• Stock levels control;
• Service level control;
• Manage improvement action plans towards customers.
We are looking for:
• Experience in similar roles (> 8 years);
• English language proficiency;
• University degree in Business Relations, Management, or other relevant areas;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
• SAP knowledge (preferential, but not mandatory).
