Customer Service Analyst

Integrated into the Supply Chain Department, the position includes responsibilities in the management of the daily business with our customers, from demand reception to the delivery of finished products, ensuring compliance with service level targets.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of customers’ accounts (daily communication with customers in order to give continuous feedback about their orders);
  • Management of customer’s orders;
  • Management of Finished Goods’ expedition;
  • Invoicing control;
  • Extra costs management;
  • Stock levels control;
  • Service level control.

We are looking for:

  • University degree;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Openness to develop new skills and capacity of quickly adapt to change;
  • Committed and motivated person, willing to be part of the team;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Intermediate IT knowledge, including Excel;
  • SAP knowledge (preferential but not mandatory);
  • Young graduate profile with a willingness to learn and ambition to start quickly adding value to the organization.
