Ethics is embedded at every level of the business at Colep Consumer Products, from strategic choices to the decisions made by employees every day.
Direct Line is part of this approach, by working as a communication tool for managing stakeholder reported situations related to business integrity, as concerns and/or cases of non-compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct and our Ethics & Integrity Framework as a whole.
Direct line allows internal and external stakeholders – Employees, customers, suppliers and others – to seek guidance, present a concern or a situation safely and confidentially. After a situation is reported, it is analyzed by the Local or Global Ethics Committee which then responds and assesses whether corrective action is necessary.
